A window on paradise! a breathtaking view over the lush lawn, the tourist port and the Elba Island to see absolutely at sunset. And even more, you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the rooftop solarium with table, chairs, and running water. The equipment of the apartment is complete and functional. In short, an exclusive tower that dominates the port in a privileged and peaceful position. And, last but not least, the convenience of reserved parking ... super recommended.

Very nice stay in well located apartment. Would recommend as a great location for dinner and a stroll by the marina, takes a bit of a walk or a very short drive to the beach (which is a location choice for almost all places in punta ala). Would be happy to recommend

Wonderful location, just up from the harbour. We went to Castiglione della Pescaia, Vetulonia and Tirli on day trips and they were fantastic as well. There are additional fees and these are clearly laid out for you by your host, who is very kind. A great place to stay, I highly recommend it!
